The Care Opinion Canada program has a moderation policy which governs how and what we will publish.
Why is there a moderation policy?
We want this to be a place where you can read the experiences of other people using health and care services, and where the feedback offered by users can make a real difference to how services are run.
So we do not publish irrelevant or commercial postings (like advertising and spam). We also reject swearing, discrimination, or other offensive language.
The feedback we publish must always relate to one or more specific episodes of care.
Ideally, we'd like any criticism of services to be constructive, however bad the experience may have been. And we don't want you, or the Care Opinion Canada program, to face any legal threat from any individual or organization which is criticized.
So that we can moderate your story and to make it readable for others, it should be 1,000 words or less.
