If you are a subscription administrator, you are responsible for managing various aspects of your subscription.
Managing members
On the Members page you can see a list of all the current members of your subscription.
You can filter the list by name, role, job title and department to show just the members you want.
To view a single member and update their details, select the member's name.
If you are a subscription administrator, you can also use this page to:
- Add a new member
- Run member reports
- Freeze or unfreeze members
- You can allocate member roles.
- You can also help your members manage their alerts and see what reports and digests they have set up.
Custom service pages
If your organisation provides services listed on Care Opinion Canada, then you may be able to customise your service pages.
API keys
If your subscription includes API access, then you can manage your API keys.
