Hetal called and faxed our family doctor and regular pharmacist to coordinate care, and emailed us valuable patient resources, including links to learning materials and exercises, to support my mom’s health journey.

We were also deeply impressed by Hetal’s flexibility and consideration. She rescheduled one of our appointments knowing my mom would soon see her endocrinologist, allowing her to dedicate that time to another patient in need. This demonstrated her thoughtful time management and her unwavering commitment to providing the best care possible for all her patients.
