My family doctor’s office called me out of the blue to book my annual physical. I was surprised because I’ve seen my doctor alot in the last year for surgery/arthritis and sleep issues. So doing the required pap test /physical things slipped my mind. I am grateful they are on top of these details with me. Makes me feel cared for and shows me that their office is good at teamwork.
